Guacamole Dip


Nutritional Information:
Per 2-Tbsp Serving: 55 cal, 1 g pro, 6 g carb, 3 g fat, 0 g sat. fat, 0 mg chol, 1 g fiber, 271 mg sodium


Ingredients:

1 California avocado
1 tsp minced garlic
1-2 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
1 sm jalapeno chile pepper, seeded
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp lime juice (or lemon)
1 med tomato, quartered
1/4 c chopped onion


Directions:

1. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise around the seed. Scoop the flesh into a bowl.
   
2. Add the lime juice, tomato, onion, garlic, cilantro, chile pepper, and cumin. 
Add salt and pepper to taste. 
  
3. Place the mixture in a food processor or blender, and pulse to the desired 
consistency.
