| Detail | The BC Food & Beverage Conference was created specifically for food service professionals seeking to grow in their role as hospitality leaders and trend-setters. Through a partnership of The BC Restaurant and Foodservices Association and The Vancouver Hotel Association (VHA), the first FAB Conference was produced in January of 1996.
To celebrate ten years of FAB excellence, the major hospitality Associations of BC have come together to present the 2005 conference. A new partnership consisting of the BC Restaurant & Foodservices Association, the BC & Yukon Hotel Association, the Vancouver Hotel General Managers Association and the Vancouver Hotel Association has been formed. Each association is represented on the FAB planning committee, which also includes a number of representatives from related industry groups and operators.
