Thai Line Cook wanted for Sticky Rice Thai Restaurant
- 3 F/T + 1 P/T for our new location
Address: Unit 1, 8077 King George Blvd. Surrey, BC
Must know and be able to cook variety of Thai food, have knowledge of Thai herbs and food safe, be able to cut meat/vegetables and seafood, can do multi task, can work independent and hard working
Description of Duties:
Be able to follow the Head Chef's instruction and order,
Prepare and cook Thai meals from our menu, be able to stir-fry by using wok range, can cook all curry by orders.
Help train Food Runner to recognize all dishes and distributed food to the right orders,
Follow sanitation guidelines,
Adhere to safety procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years Thai kitchen experience
Functional work experience producing Thai food in the classical methods, both with and without convenience products and equipment.
Can speak and read English, be able to work night and weekend.
Essential Skills:
Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others,
Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking,
Job task planning and organizing, Ability to work under pressure.
$11-14 per hours depends on your ability
